Launching in Adelaide in 2009, Fred Rasheed, CEO of Total Investment Property Solutions (TIPS), Total Investment Property Management (TIPM) and TIPS Home Loans has worked with his team to introduce thousands of first-time investors to the benefits of the Adelaide investment property market.

TIPS was originally set up to be able to help first time investors purchase their first Adelaide investment property and then once comfortable consider adding to the portfolio. Unlike other companies, TIPS won’t just let you go once the “deal in done”. We will be there for you through the whole journey from start to finish and help you with anything you need to firstly purchase your property all the way through to managing the property into the future.
